Journal/Entry Codes
- Please feel free to edit/frankencode my codes to suit your personal usage needs, as long as you keep the credit footer or have a credits page on your journal. For layouts, please just keep the CSS header with the credits intact. I would love to see these edits, especially since it gives me a better idea of what sort of things people are actually using my codes for, so please share them in a comment!
- Please do not edit/frankencode my codes with intent to redistribute or claim as your own.
- Please feel free to edit/frankencode my spreadsheets or scripts to suit your personal usage needs, as long as you 1. keep the credit on the spreadsheet (usually on the menu bar) and 2. if editing my spreadsheet to generate code that is not written by me, please add in a credit to my journal for the spreadsheet, either on page of use or in a general credits page.
- Please do not edit/frankencode my spreadsheets or scripts with intent to redistribute or claim as your own.
- Of course, please feel free to utilize ideas or concepts presented in my scripts in your own work if you find them useful. For example, the entire idea to script generators to automate code was not mine originally but rather on a tutorial (please link it if you know since I've lost it), and my string replacement syntax is also not my idea, it is popular in many tools such as MailMerge ones.
- You may edit the scripts to distribute to work for a different platform (AirTable, Excel), provided there are changes that need to be made. When posting, please just link back to my journal.
- Unless labeled "base", please do not edit my icons. I will happily share where I got my screenshots from if you wish to make your own, just PM me.
