[Tony very suddenly finds himself trapped and not sure what to do. He starts out by grumbling, wordless noises of dissatisfaction when Steve's got him moving around. He just wants to lie on the couch, space out, feel terrible, and then it'll all be over by tomorrow. Hopefully. That's what he's telling himself anyway. He doesn't need to be taken care of-
